Re: Ms
@Mariia81 What is happening when you see it lose the connection, are the hub lights changing etc?
This link below provides information about the coloured lights on the various hubs that can help to see what is going on! If the system is also Full Fibre then the lights on the OR/CF ONT also require to be looked at!

Re: Ms
All lights are green. When I was checking speed it was 12 for downloading last night. And this morning it is less than 1 mbps.

Re: Ms
@Mariia81 What package are you own with sky for a speed from them, your speed test is from the hub delivery to your phone that you have shown it does not do much, can you look at the service checker history, use Broadband and the > to expand and see that!
https://www.sky.com/servicechecker
have a look at the link below it gives you the idea what to see! Post 4 and it's based on a FF500 connection!

Re: Ms
@Mariia81 You really want to connect an Ethernet device to your sky Hub and test that way, ideally with all the wireless wifi devices off you just have no Idea what is going on if you can or have, takes one good test to check it all out!
I wont use my Samsung A54 mobile for speed test checks as it just seems too erratic on a FF500 feed at times, only trust my Asus laptop wireless wifi connected or a desktop with both Ethernet/wireless but primarily it's on Ethernet as cable will never be beaten! Some other speed test below if you need!
Edit:- removed all the speed test's!

Re: Ms
@Mariia81 Not according to the posted picture you put up displaying the speeds. dont use them then, the service checker is showing you as far as it is concerned you are getting 151Mb/s and that is all sky will go on, nothing else!
You can try switching the hub off to reset it, but that would need at least a couple off hours to repath the connection or even better overnight if you are not using. How do i know that your phone is not toast now, you could be testing from anywhere to get result's like that it's a logical testing, but the easiest for you is dial 150 from a landline or sky mobile and let sky check and see what is going on!
