@LACOSTE likely to be a fault either with the ONT or at the exchange which may sort itself but should be reported to Sky. Had similar symptoms on Christmas day used the online tools which booked an engineer's check. It takes the online system up to an hour to pick up a fault but after that it is very useful took me through sensible trouble shooting steps before offering an appointment..
Openreach had switched my ONT by 9.30am on the 27th which was good service. So far no repeat faults 🤞
