Chesterfield no internet since 8pm

If anyone else has an issue please let me know, it's seeming like it's just me so far. Slow green flashing light on the sky max hub spital area, done full reset 30sec WPS button twice, ont restart left it off at plug for 15 mins, also done restart via on off switch on the ONT, was in the middle of submitting a network escalation but it fails to let me do it because service checker refreshes and says everything's fine then everything isn't again. Yet in-between there is no reconnection it is fully off even though service checker sees 500mb speed supposedly. Anyways it's getting boring, I had to switch game of thrones for Corriedale and I don't watch Corrie or Emmerdale so overall 💩 night. Don't question my setup, it's all fine I promise, there's been no changes to it and it's all pretty new equipment. But service checker shows no outage, and I can't escalate to network so I'm venting here because ain't nobody to call this time of night 😞

@LACOSTE What about the sky 24hr support you dont want to use that option?

for most service issues and gives you 24/7 help and a quick response. It should provide you with multiple choice options based on your problem and will provide troubleshooting steps to fix any service issues.

@LACOSTE likely to be a fault either with the ONT or at the exchange which may sort itself but should be reported to Sky. Had similar symptoms on Christmas day used the online tools which booked an engineer's check. It takes the online system up to an hour to pick up a fault but after that it is very useful took me through sensible trouble shooting steps before offering an appointment.. 

Openreach had switched my ONT by 9.30am on the 27th which was good service. So far no repeat faults 🤞
