An engineer came and connected my Internet and sky TV, the problem is he has taken the phone wire round the bottom of my step at my back door and it is not fastened properly and the wire has come lose I'm disabled and could easily catch my feet in and trip, and so can my 21 month grandauther, so I'm not happy with it

The phone lines to Sky might be down at the moment but you will need to calltjem

about this. The free number to use is just 150 and when you do stay silent when asked anything by questions by the bot.
