Just switched to 500mb/s . Internet is getting very slow ... the promised speed doesn't exist at all .. (( ping is too high

@Olegs1 how are you measuting speeds? If on a device connected by WiFi then it is likelybthe issue is thecspeed of the WiFi connection tomyour device. Poor wifi would also explain high latency.

Do you know , that I have checked via PC which is connected throw the LAN  and Speedtest shows be very bad figures ! (( before my switching was really good and 256m/bit was much better though .. weird isn't ?!

@Olegs1 What does the sky service checker history show to you for the daily Broadband Speed check to the hub!
