Set up new wifi today. Plugged hub into phone home socket as mentioned in the instructions. Power and wifi light are both green but internet light is off. The wifi comes up on devices but says it is not connected to the internet.
@Michael274 When is your activation date that sky said to you, expect text from Sky/OR that it is done, ready and then you can connect to the service, plus upto midnight on that day also!
@Michael274 If you are getting a fttc service to max speed off 80/20Mb/s then OR Master socket connection is correct, you can see from what you are getting on your account orders, copy of the link to setting up electronic version is below!
