I am feed up with the crap WiFi that you supply, we had a engineer out recently but has made no improvement, if anything made it worest

We don't supply it. I think you're unaware we are mainly fellow customers on here trying to help other customers and you’re not contacting Sky Customer Services by posting on the forum.
