I have requested to move my broadband 36 days ago and they promised me I will have it after 2 weeks... so I'm a month now without internet contacted them 3 times and they keep saying tomorrow and nothing what a shame ! Go for Virgin guys

Have they said why this massive delay? I would be fuming as well if I had to wait that long.

The most likely reason is that the address is going to be provisioned over FTTP but there's an obstacle to the physical connection.
Putting the address into the BT Wholesale Availability Checker should indicate which provisioning type is applicable.
