Moving home
I'm moving home and I am 99% sure I told sky. But I haven't had an email or anything from them. I can't find anything on my account either.
is this normal or is it not registered?
moving tomorrow, will be calling them just wondering if anyone else has experienced this before?

The lead in time for a Sky Home Move is 2 weeks so depending on when you requested it I would have expected to have heard something by now.
