Moving home

Hi I tried to book a move home but keeps saying I have not got a premium account so can't do it , how does this work. I dont have sky TV just broadband and phone

Hi thanks yes I believe so . I am moving in 2 weeks but can't as keeps saying in not a premium member

@Youngscars you need to call Sky to arrange your move where the online tool doesn't work. Note moving broadband has a minimum 14 day leadtime.

I'm not sure of the relevance of a 'premium account' other than perhaps for weekend bookings.

Tbh not sure  been with sky for some time just seams silly you can't do it via there site just cause not a premium member
