What help do you need ?

If you want to move your broadband to your new home then you need to give Sky 14 days notice to do this so have you done this yet ?

Note that you should have booked a Home Move three weeks ago.  Realistically if you haven't made contact before now you aren't going to get an activation date at the new address much before the end of January.

The Book Home Move links appear to be down at the moment. Not sure if that is because it's a Bank Holiday but you may need to call Sky to arrange.
