Moving home

I am trying to move sky to my new home but the app says I already have a move scheduled (impossible as I haven't told sky I'm moving). I can't work out from the robot who to contact to get the engineer scheduled at the new property. Appreciate any help.

When calling Sky try saying nothing when asked any questions and remain on the line. Other contact options are that of social media as there are links at the bottom of the page you can use along with the likes of Facebook Messenger.
