Moving home

Hi,

 

I'm trying to arrange a home move online but it keeps coming up with an error message "sorry were having technical difficulties. Unfortunately we have not been able to proceed with your order" can anyone help with this please? Thanks

@Danni02  If you are unable to complete this online then you will have to call Sky to do this process.
