WiFi issues

Good morning. We don't get WiFi signal in every room in the house as promised. The router is plugged in as close as possible to the entry point of the phone line and has no connection issues. But we still only get WiFi in half of the house Can you please fix this issue or we will be forced to find an alternative provider that can provide a better service. Thank you

@Matthew721  Do you have broadband boost or broadband max as part of your broadband package with Sky?

No we don't boosters on our package. Do they make any difference??
