Moving home

I'm currently moving but the property I'm moving to is next door to where my current property is and I wouldn't let me move the address when I try to book a move . It says it's my old address or something I've been trying to change it for ages and I've tried to contact sky about it . Anyone got any advice

@Move  When you contacted Sky what did they say?

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
