I am trying to set up a moving date but it keeps saying I have to send back my equipment! Why do I need to send back my stuff when I don't want to leave Sky?

Depends what hub you have at the minute and how long you have had it for.
Could you enter you full address below and post the table after removing your address from the image

The only thing that has changed would be sky are changing away from the pstn system to internet voice calls which require the sr203 hub which has a analogue telephone adapter on the back
Which hub do you have

My router has voice calls as it is one of the lights on the front says voice.

What speed have you opted for. I see from the table that g.fast is mentioned with no indication of availabilty. Sky does 150 Mbps g.fast but that is starting to reach end of life

I currently have around 62 mbps which is the fastest Sky currently do in our area.
