New broadband, no internet

My activation date is today. I have received a text saying it is now active but the internet light is not on on my hub. The power and WiFi lights are green.

It can take up until midnight tonight for the internet to go active

Still no internet and have followed various instructions through online help guides with no success. Any other suggestions?
