Moving home logistics

Contacted Sky ten days ago to notify of home move. Was told new hub would be sent to new address and given a date for services to begin.

 

I have now received a letter to my old address stating my "new service" will start at *this* old address on the date I chose. In my account it also says the hub will be delivered to my old, not new, address. 

 

Is this just poor communications from Sky, or have they actually screwed up and managed to move my address from my old address....back to my new address?

@LJH123  You will need to call Sky to resolve this.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
