Moving broadband

So me and my partner had to move out of our address a few months ago and but we still have had to pay for our WiFi because our address we are at now is my mums which has WiFi but they are moving out and now we want to activate our WiFi at this address

@Noyce1234  You won't be able to take over their service, instead they need tio cancel once done you can then order, there will likely be a break in service of 2 weeks.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
