Moving back home after renovations

Hi,

I am moving back to my property after an extensive renovation. I currently had my internet/telephone wire come into the property through my garage. The wife hub has now been moved to a more central location in the house.

how do I get an engineer out to move the wire?

You'll need to book a socket relocation with Sky, this will likely come at a cost of £65 to you.

Quickest way would be to call and book it. Alternatively I can escalate your forum post to Sky on here and they will open a chat with you.

If you could escalate this I'd be very grateful. I can never get through to anyone over the phone or find it a challenge to speak to someone from Sky
