Moving Home link not working

I am moving home next week and have been trying to complete the steps both online and on the MySky app. When online, it goes all the way through to terms and conditions before a blank page with 'orderfailure' in the URL. When trying on the app, it gets to the same stage and gives a blank page. It has stopped at the same stage every time over the last few weeks. 

 

I do not have a landline or Sky mobile, so I can't call 150. Does anybody know a way I can either fix this or speak to somebody?

@Sarah525 where the online systems are not working you will need to call Sky. If you currently have Sky broadband you have a Sky Talk line but you nedd to plug a phone in to use it. Otherwise call any of Sky's 03 numbers - if you follow through the contact us link on the home move page it will give you one eventually.
