Moved to Wi-Fi Max and no signal in 3 rooms

Hi,

Just installed my WiFi Max router and the quality of my internet has reduced.
I now no longer have internet in 3 rooms and have lost Wi-Fi signal to multiple devices.

the router is in the same place as my old one. I have linked it to the booster 4.

why is the range struggling. Do I need 2 pods ?

@Jcrolls the old booster cannot extend the new hubs signal for your devices however it can potentially help with Sky Q boxes if you have them but unlike with the old black hubs they no longer act as WiFi extenders themselves which is a common reason why people think the white hub has less range.

If you bought the WiFi Max bundle then Sky will send you a pod extender if you call them. To get a second or third they normally want an engineer to come out first. See https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
