Faulty router or socket
We have a faulty router or internet socket...
every time the wires or router have a very slight nock with the hoover etc the internet goes off
cand we get an engineer out to take a look asap please

@STEVEANDKIM1980 Sky cannot pick up account details from a forum post so you need to call them to arrange for an engineer to come out. Given the time of year it will probably be the New Year before that will happen.
