Moved house

I've moved house. I upgraded to Sky Full Fibre Gigafast. I took the only hub to the new house as one wasn't deleivered and it's not turning on at all. I expected a new hub to be delivered as this is what I've had with all previous sky products, although non have, and my old hub isn't working.

@JoshRobini with a home move you do take your hub with you that is correct. The servicecat your new home will becaxtivated on the date you were given when you booked the move until thst time the hub wont work.

A complete absence of lit LEDs would indicate a power supply problem.

The Sky Broadband Hub and the Max Hub are compatible with FTTP.

Re: Moved house

@JoshRobini Do rule out the obvious first and check that the socket you're using works. It's otherwise odd that a working router should suddenly stop working in a new location. Is the ONT showing any green lights?

What speed is it you're on?
