I need to swap adress over due to moving on 17th February

Have you arranged a Sky Home Move as detailed in this link?

This process typically needs a minimum of two weeks notice.
For broadband and Sky Talk landline this will be a new contract as Sky have to cancel the line at the current address and take a new one in the new address.

If all you need to do is to change your address (and not move your broadband service) then give Sky a call so they can update your address:
150 is the free number to use from a phone that has a Sky mobile sim in it or Sky Talk phone otherwise under "Need more help ?" link at the bottom of the page on this link is the number to call Sky on:
