Move from Virgin to Sky - order process

Hi all

 

Been having issues with Virgin, and planning to move my broadband to Sky, as its a better speed and also a lower price.  Already have Sky Q so its purely the broadband I am moving, not making any changes to TV.

 

My question is about how to complete the online order process.  The checker has confirmed that I can get Full Fibre Broadband, but I reach a page in the order process which asks - "Do you currently have broadband and landline in your home to switch to Sky".  The available options are:

 

- I have broadband and landline services

- I have broadband only

- I have landline only

- I currently have no services

 

I'm not sure how I should answer this.  Currently both broadband and phone come from Virgin's cable, which I know Sky can't use.  Prior to moving to Virgin I had broadband and phone from TalkTalk/Tiscali, so I am assuming that connection / line is still available, albeit it will be inactive ?

 

Any thoughts on how I should answer this questions would be much appreciated.

@geoffshep69 This one is your answer ""- I have broadband and landline services"", Sky and VM are part off the OTS and sky are looking to see what is required to be done, and who to contact regarding them keeping the others system up and working until OR or CF depending on who is going to supply the sky service to you!

 

OR (Openreach) and CF (CityFibre) those are the current two from sky service wise!
