Why is it so hard to get help from Sky?

I have no internet connection through the tv. Sky tv is working though. Why can I not phone Sky and get help when I need it? Given how much I pay each month I find the lack of service when there is an issue to be extremely offensive.

You can, although there will probably be the inevitable wait to speak to an agent if you need one.
