Move from BT and I am regretting
Hi, I have recently moved from BT to Sky Broadband with same set of speed but broadband keep turning off and on all the time. Most of the time speed is too slow that i cant even browse social media apps.
what is the way forward. this is only my first month but cooling off period has gone.

@BilalA Sky give you a 31 day cooling off period which can be extended if they cannot fix your issue after being given a reasonable chance to do so. To help,I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private chat session to get this sorted.
