Move House with Broadband
Unfortunately, for the past week I have been trying to get in touch with sky team regarding moving home services. However, I have been unable to speak to any staff member directly. Every attempt leads me to a virtual chat, which has not been helpful or capable of resolving my issue.
I urgently need assistance with transferring my broadband service to my new address, but the lack of human support has been extremely frustrating and disappointing. I hope someone from your team can respond to this and help me resolve the matter as soon as possible.

If you’re not already aware the Sky Community is a customer led discussion forum where Sky customers are available to help other customers and you aren’t contacting Sky Customer Services.
Give Sky a call to discuss and arrange your home move.
To call Sky dial 150 (free) from your Sky Talk landline or a Sky mobile. Alternatively use this link…
https://www.sky.com/help/home
UK customers: Scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ leading to a number starting 0333.
ROI customers: change the flag in the bottom right corner of the link to the ROI flag then scroll down and click on ‘Need more help’ to see a dedicated ROI number. (Customer Services in the ROI are not open at weekends).
The posting of full phone numbers isn’t permitted on the forum.
Calls to Sky will initially be automated which may try to send you here to the forum, offer you online help or offer to send you a text. Stay on the line as long as possible and saying nothing when asked the reason for the call sometimes helps being put in the queue for an agent.
Sky customer since 2001

That link just directs you to a phone number to use to call Sky. As I said, as you've already got Sky Broadband just dial 150 from your landline phone.

The tip is when on the line say nothing when asked any questions by the bot.
If someone has helped you then please click on the LIKES button in their post.
