Failed by open reach need new appointment and compensation
I waited in 1-6 yesterday for open reach to attend and they didn't bother I called sky twice and no further forward . Very disappointed

I have been failed by sky and open reach I was told I couldn't get full fibre then I was told I could now I'm waiting for someone to attend with no appointment

What did Sky say as to why there was no attendance? Openreach usually update their ISPs overnight.

They didn't know they said I had to wait and they would make a new appointment I have waited 3 weeks for this one !!!
