Weird that Openreach are being so conservative with the speed predictions of your line when there is clearly more headroom.

We usually get around 30mbp, never close to 40.. there's other providers but it says the same thing about "the estimated speed for that postcode is 20-40" .. was thinking of moving but if the speeds are the same it's not really worth the hassle.
