No internet

Hi, my Internet been on an off for a few weeks, really low WiFi download speed (around 20 when I should be getting minimum 40) had an engineer out, came at 9 with out arranging an appointment, so of course I was out. 

Now I'm fully with out Internet out of no where today, can't contact sky as it cost 40p a minute. App just keeps telling me to check my status of the fault (which obviously doesn't help as the engineer has already said he can't do anything about it now and to contact sky) tried chat but I'm constantly just going around and around in circles with it, trying the same fixes over and over.

Really don't know what to do. I'm on a contract and can't really afford to be sat on hold an hour while it's charging me 40p a minute. Any help would be great!

Hi @Zhanellewellyn 

Calls to Sky are free via a Sky landline & are included in any mobile allowances outside of PAYG. Alternatively you can try running the line test on the My Sky app to see if it allows you to book an engineer.

Hi, I don't have a phone connected to sky and I checked on ID Mobile and states that calls to their number cost 40p a minute. 

 

Also tried doing it on the app and just tells me check the status of my current fault I reported..

Hi. I just risked the mobile bill and called them! Ended up sorting it, got an engineer coming out Wednesday so just gotta wait till then to have Internet again 😔
