Hi, I'm a new sky broadband subscriber. I've ordered their modem last june 24 and up to now the modem hasnt been dispatched. Our connection was already been activated last june6. I've also called sky and they said that I'll be receiving the modem in 3days but up to now its still says in the app that its still awaiting to be dispatch. What should I do next? This is so unfair out connection is already running and we couldnt use it.

Find out more@Genalin not sirecwhatbthe problem is so I have escalated this to the Community Messaging team who will invite you onto a private chat as you certainly should not be minusca routercfor 6 weeks. Look out forva chat icon which will open in thecforum when they pickmup your post.

Thank you @Chrisee. Typo error our connection was activated last july6. But i've ordered the modem june24 and up to now they hasdnt dispatch it.
