Modem not arrived

Hi my modem never arrived. My service went live today but again no modem. Your AI on the phone and my sky is **bleep** to put it mildly. I have to wait 35 minutes to get through to a agent.. Hire more staff to answer phones in a timely manner when I was purchasing I didn't even go on hold.

@Adrian1300  Your not venting at Sky, this is a customer helps customer forum.  What is showining in your order tracking page for the Broadband Hub?
