Mobile won't connect to internet
Switched to sky 25.3.25. All devices connected to wifi apart from 2 Samsung mobiles. Been googling and it says about MAC addresses. Found IP router address but can't sign in to add the phone MAC address. Any Help please would be appreciated.

What is happening when you enter the Wifi password in them to connect them ?
