LOS red light
Help, red LOS on and no internet, Sky saying they need to wait for Openreach to have a look but could take days, surely they can be more precise here. Not sure what else I can do.

2 working days is the agreed openreach service level agreement with all isps. It defines the cut off beyond which you can claim compensation. It can be longer if for example the fault is underground and openreach need to notify the council /local authority etc
