Mobile phone apps have stopped downloading when connected to the Wifi

Can anybody help me at all please.

My apps have suddenly stopped downloading or updating on my mobile phone whilst my phone is connected to the WiFi. If I disconnect my phone from the WiFi then they will start downloading again.

I've tried to change the Shield settings to 18 only but that hasn't made a difference. I can connect to the Internet through the WiFi but just can't download or update any apps.

The signal is horrendous in my area so once I disconnect from the WiFi, I'm unable to use my mobile phone at all.

Same issue for us too, 2 android phones and 3 tablets. All work on mobile data/tethering.
