I'm always fuzzy in online meetings. I've tried allsorts. Any suggestions?

Basically, i'm literally in meetings all the time online and i need to look professional. I even changed provider to sky to help address this and went for the fastest package. I've googled and tried allsorts of solutions but nothing. I've even got an extension. So annoying and embarrasing. This is even when i'm on my own in the house so not due to too many people being connected.
