WiFi dead spots are quite common as the signal from the router can be blocked by anything metal in the path annd just because therecare too many solid objects between the device and the hub. There is a useful, app called wifi sweetspots thst helps you find those places. The solution usually either involves moving the hub - having it higher and out innthe open can help or getting additional kit such as extenders thst Sky can providecas part of https://www.sky.com/help/articles/sky-wifi-max
