@Wajdisue asuming you still have a black Sky hub try moving the booster closer to the hub. If however you now have a white Sky hub the booster can only connect to the main Q box so will need moving to be half wat between the main Q box and the Q mini.
If still stuck call `sky as they should send an engineer out to sort the connection for you.
