Mobile Connectivity

I am still having issues with my network connection to my mobile device, and I was supposed to get a call back weeks ago to discuss this but still nothing! I have ran a check and it's saying there is an issue to this device so I would like this resolved asap as this has been going on for nearly a year

@KarlGerrard  You're not talking to Sky Customer services by posting in the community, no one can call you back in response to your post.  Nothing can be resolved ASAP as no one knows who you are.

Like you I'm a customer here, Sky Employees are clearly identified as such.
