Hi,
I added sky mobile recently having been with sky glass and Broadband for about 18 months.
I have just gone on the app to test Broadband as its gone slow and signal dropping ( I have a sky booster upstairs as well) and Broadband and glass are now missing off the products so I can't get help with them.
Can someone advise what they think has happened.
