Missing an ONT power cable

We've just moved into a new property, and paid for our Sky broadband to be active today. We have the hub but cannot get everything working because the ONT is missing a power cable. It was clearly removed by previous owners. Does anyone know if Sky can provide one, or anywhere that sells something like this? Plus what type of cable/spec would it need to be? Any help welcome!

We'have also just moved into a new property, and paid for our Sky broadband to be active but our ONT is also missing a power cable. We found a cable on another device but need that cable back for it to function. Please could Sky send a replacement? Thank you.

@david_t you will need to call Sky to ask them to order a new power supply from Openreach.
