Re: Poor signal
@Gaz1970 very common issue largely caused by doorbells being the wrong side of a double thickness exterior wall. Sky like most isps make no promises on wifi coverage outside the home. Couple of suggestions first reboot your Sky hub which will make it find the best wifi channel to use to minimise interference from your neighbours' networks. Secondly ensure the hub is in its optimum position which is out in the open on a surface so its signal isnt blocked by radiators etc.
Beyond that you will need an extender or similar. You could buy Sky's wifi Max bundle where Sky will probably supply an extender if you say coversge in your home is poor.
65inch Sky Glass, 3 Sky Streaming Pucks, Sky Ultrafast + and Sky SR213(white Wifi Max hub) main Wifi from 3 TP-Link Deco M4 units in access point mode
