Missing account number

I made an order for sky broadband on 21st May. I received an email on this day saying 'You'll soon have Sky Broadband powering your home', as well as a text with a link to track my order. My service date begins 27th May, but I have not been told my account number so I can't link Sky ID or track my order. I have not received any other emails, when/how will I get my account number?

@AY221006 If you do not have your account number in any e-mail, text format you are not doing it online. You need to call sky to do anything. Number is embeded in the link just use need extra help...
