Hi there, I recently placed an order to switch my internet service to Sky, with a scheduled go-live date of 5 May. It has been four days, and I still have not received an email with my account number or any delivery details for my broadband hub. Your online order tracker and chatbot also show no information. Could someone please check the status of my order and let me know the next steps?

Your broadband hub should arrive a day or so before your activation date.
As your online tracker shows nothing I would give Sky a call so they can look into
this for you.
