We have just moved and received message from Sky today saying internet is now activated. Whats the best way to get a new cable? Seems slightly conflicting advice when browsing online. Can I buy a 12v cable?
@CarlosH08 The best and most relevant advice is NO, the ONT and PSU are owned by Openreach, so best is call sky report it gone and have them organise OR to bring a replacement. Below is the link if you are going to do it yourself, polarity and size matters!!!!
