Missing ONT power cable

I've just moved into a new flat, and the broadband has been activated today, but when I got there I noticed there is no ONT power cable. I've received the actually broadband box and everything but haven't set it up yet. Was wondering if there is one I can buy online or any way to contact Sky, tried using the automated response thing but got nowhere with it. Need it sorted ASAP as I have no WiFi at the moment, and the service in my flat is awful. Thanks!

@ashs dontvtry buying a power supply online as you could damage tge ONT instead you need Sky to get one from Openreach. I am escalating your post to the Sky team who support the forum who should be in touch soon to offer you a private online chat session to get this sorted. Keep an eye on the forum as if you miss the message just click the brightly coloured chat icon which will be added to the forum pages for you to use.saving a long phone call.

Still waiting for a replacement ONT cable. 4 days with no TV or internet. An engineer was supposed to bring one out but so far nothing. I am paying for a service I can't access.

@Anne279 Have a look on your account orders section just incase it has slipped through the cracks! If you do not see anything call sky again and have them take a look!
