Terrible WiFi connection

Hi, my WiFi connection has never been great since I signed up in December l, however, it has deteriorated significantly over the past 3 months.

My work calls are dropping out constantly, which looks unprofessional and is very frustrating, the signal is terrible and the WiFi is constantly dropping out. I am seriously disappointed.

When trying to troubleshoot, you cannot get hold of anyone to support technically which is terrible. Please get someone to contact me ASAP to rectify this situation

@Deena3 Posting in the Forum you are not contacting sky, to do so you need to call them...
