so i orderd my internet to be fitted. process went fine until the engineer side come to it. the engineer missed 3 appointments because he decided to not wanna turn up for the job. sky promised to payme for the missed appointments witch they never followed through with that promise. witch is discusting. the way sky and openreach work is just a total sham. a failure more like want a company to run dont use rubbish contractors! and pay me for the missed appointments as promised!

Unfortunately most ISPs have no choice in using Openreach: they are effectively a monopoly provider of broadband infrastructure and maintenance personnel.
