Missed Fibre Installation appointment.

BT Openreach failed to keep their appointment yesterday to install my Sky fibre connection.

 

They said they'd come between 8am and 1pm but never showed. I have various text messages from them confirming this appointment so I book a half day holiday from work that has been wasted.

 

Very poor service.

 

How do I go about being compensated for this?
